|Name of walk||Christmas 2017|

A few bits and pieces from over the Christmas period. Plus a walk from Canal Foot.
Two elf bell ringers "entertaining" the crowds at St. James' Christmas Fair with a selection of Carols and Christmas songs, trying to make a better sound than our usual "ding dong!" Did we succeed? Who knows, but we did get applause.....probably of the "Aw, bless!" variety.
The advantage of just seeing the photos is THERE IS NO SOUND!! Andy was playing a trumpet and I was playing a cornet.
At least we could laugh about the mistakes!
Bell ringer Ken is dressed as Santa, but looking like Dolly Parton!
He joins Dalton Town Band. I lent him my cornet for posing purposes!

That's enough ringing, time for drink and cake!
