A quick solo walk up to Gummers How and down to the tarn, returning by the road.

Looking down on Lakeside and Lake Windermere.

View north.

Luing cattle roam on Gummers How.

Clouds down over most of the fells.

The sun was out over the Coniston Fells.

I go back down and head for the tarn.

Deforestation around the tarn. It used to be out of view from Gummers How.

It is still enough for some nice reflections.

I walk the dam wall, then take the track back to the road.

View back to Gummers How.

Less than two miles in about an hour.
